Granola Balls
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups rolled quick oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped, walnuts
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all together. Roll into walnut size balls and then roll in 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (5 whole crackers).
