IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE

2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons (rounded) flour (self-rising)
4 tablespoons (rounded) cocoa
2 tablespoons (rounded) butter
3 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix sugar, flour & cocoa. Melt butter in iron skillet, add sugar
mixture and mix lightly. Combine beaten egg yolks & milk, add to mixture stirring constantly. Cook slowly until thick; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into baked pie shell or casserole dish; top with beaten egg whites; brown in oven.
