Flan cake- flan cake
This is a cake with a flan on top. It is very important to make a water bath for it that goes half way up the cake pan. You can use any type of cake mix you would like. I have tried it with yellow, white, and chocolate. The cake is very moist and the flan is out of this world.
Preheat oven to 325. Spray metal bunt pan with pam. Pour 1/4 c caramel ice cream topping in pan. Make cake according to package directions. Pour over caramel. DO NOT STIR. In a blender mix 4 eggs, one tall can evaporated milk, and one can of condensed milk. Pour over cake. Again DO NOT STIR. Cover the top of the pan in foil. Place in water bath in middle of oven. Bake for one hour. Remove waterbath and cake at the same time. Set on counter and let sit 15 minuets. Remove pan from water bath and let cool completely. Turn out on cake plate.
