Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken and Dressing Casserole
l l/2 - 2 lbs. chicken; cooked and deboned
l can cream of mushroom soup
l can cream of chicken soup
l can evaporated milk
2 packages cornbread stuffing mix
l cup melted butter
l/2 can chicken broth
Combine soups, milk and broth. Heat throughly. Combine stuffing mix
and melted butter. Add remaining broth. Spread l/2 of the stuffing
into a greased 9 x l3 baking pan. Layer chicken over this and then
pour soup mixture over all. Top with remaining stuffing.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
