Tupperware Bread 2

9 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c water
2/3 c sugar
2 t salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 yeast
2 margarine

[Note: Recipe may be halved. 1 package yeast equals 2 3/4 tsp bulk yeast. ] Place 9 cups flour in fix-n-mix bowl. In center of flour make a well with a spoon. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk and cool with 1 1/2 cups water, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tsp salt, 4 beaten eggs, and 2 pkgs. yeast. Pour liquid into well. DO NOT STIR! Seal and burp, then
wait until seal pops off. Melt 2 stick of margarine and pour into bowl and mix. Add more flour if needed. Knead to proper dough consistency. Seal and burp, then wait until seal pops off again. Knead and roll out. Let rise in pan 20 minutes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Yield: 3 Loaves

For hot rolls: Roll dough into small balls and roll in melted butter. Let rise 20 minutes in baking pan and then bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

For cinnamon rolls: Roll out 1/2 recipe of bread. Spread with 2 Tablespoons melted margarine. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Roll up, then cut into rolls. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes. Make powdered sugar icing if desired.
