Easiest Pie
2 cans pie filling (any flavor - I like peach)
6 slices white bread w/o crusts
1 Cup sugar
3 Tbls. flour
1 egg - beaten
1 stick melted butter
Spread pie filling into long casserole dish. Lay bread squares over the filling. Beat egg & mix it into sugar, flour & butter. Pour this mixture over the bread slices & bake @350 for 30 minutes.
