Dandelion Wine Empty Dandelion Wine

Dandelion Wine
1 gallon dandelion blossoms
1 gallon boiling water
1 lemon, sliced
3 oranges, sliced
4 pounds of sugar
2 tablespoons of yeast

Pour boiling water over the blossoms. Let set 3 days. Add sugar. Simmer 15 minutes. When warm, add lemon and oranges. Add yeast and let set one week. Strain and bottle.
