Dressing for Potato or Macaroni Salad

1 small pkg. lemon jell-o dissolved in 1 cup hot water

Add:
1 (12-13 oz) can evaporated milk
1 qt salad dressing
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp salt
pepper
small amount of sugar to bring out flavor

Makes a large amount.
