Penuche Icing

1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1-1/2 cups sifted icing sugar

Combine butter and brown sugar in pan and melt until bubbly (no temp is given, but I would guess a medium heat would do). Add milk and bring just to a boil. Take off stove. Beat in icing sugar until desired consistency. If icing gets too thick, a little more milk can be added. Quickly spread on cake
