Orange Dreamsicle Cookies

Orange Dreamsicle Cookies
1 cup Tang
drink mix
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups vanilla baking chips
Beat together all ingredients, except the vanilla chips. Stir in vanilla chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
