Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Fritters

3 eggs, separated, mix egg yolks
1 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
Pulp from 3 ears uncooked corn

Beat egg whites until fluffy set aside. Mix yolks,flour,sugar and corn together. Fold in beaten egg whites.Cook like pancakes. Serve with syrup
