Frito/ Doritos Corn Salad

Frito/ Doritos Corn Salad

2 cans whole kernel corn, very well drained
1/2 of a regular sized green bell pepper, diced small
1/2 of a medium sized onion, diced small
1 tomatoe diced
1/2 c. mayo (may need to adjust this amount to your liking...we like less instead of more)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of these ingredients and place in a covered plastic bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours or more (a day or two is also fine to make in advance).

Right before serving, take a bag of Chili Cheese Fritos or Doritos and finely crush.

Had this the first time with Doritos and it was the best thing at the party.
