CREAMY GREEN BEANS
Ingredients:
•1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
•3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
•2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
•1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1.Place beans in a steamer basket and steam over 2 inches of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and salt in a medium bowl. Add the beans; toss to coat. Serves 4
