MOSTACCIOLI

2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 bay leaves
1/2 lb. mostaccioli noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Saute green pepper and onions in oil until tender. Add
ground beef; cook until brown. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste,
water, pepper, salt and bay leaves. Cook mostaccioli noodles.
Slice Velveeta thin. In 2 quart casserole, arrange alternate
layers of noodles, meat mixture and Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle
with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
