S'More Bars
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in the butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and the chocolate chips. Bake for 5-7 minutes longer or until the marshmallows begin to brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
Makes one dozen bars
