Never Fail Chocolate Frosting

Never Fail Chocolate Frosting
2 cups sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to a rapid boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
