OVEN FRIED CHICKEN
6 pieces of chicken with skin
garlic powder
McCormick's original chicken and herb spice
olive oil in a mister... or a few tabs. oil.. or pam olive oil..
1/2 c. Parmesan
Take each piece of chicken and spritz with the olive oil.. or brush it on.. and place each peace on sprayed cookie sheet.. sprinkle with the spices and cheese as desired..
Bake at 375 for 45_60 min.
