ALABAMA POUND CAKE
2 sticks butter
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, margarine and cream
cheese. Add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
after each. Add flour, salt and almond extract. Bake at 325 degrees
for 1 1/2 hours.
