Chick pea patties
Ingredients:
1 can chick peas, drained & mashed
1 large onion, grated
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients. Form into patties. Dip in additional bread crumbs and brown in oil on both sides
