Chicken Corn Chowder (Disney Style)

2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 lb russet potato, cooked and diced
2 cups corn kernels
1/8 cup onion, diced
1/8 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/8 cup fresh parsley

Directions
Bring chicken stock to a boil.
Add milk, cream, chicken, potatoes, red peppers, onions, corn and sugar.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Add parsley and hot sauce: simmer for 5 minutes
