STRAWBERRY LIME SODA
1 can seltzer water
1 1/2 cups Ziegler's or Newman's Own lime-ade
1 lime, cut into 6 wedges (peel left on)
2-3 tablespoons Welch's frozen strawberry concentrate
ice cubes
sugar to taste, if desired
Chill 2 tall glasses.
Combine the seltzer water, lime-ade and stir in the strawberry concentrate.
Wash
and cut the lime into wedges. Squeeze 1 or 2 wedges directly into the drink;
discard.
Pour over several cubes of ice. Taste and sweeten to desired taste with
turbinado
sugar or honey.
Toss one unsqueezed lime wedge into the glass, and serve icy cold.
Serves 2.
