The Realtor's Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup whole milk, cold
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream, cold
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, stir everything but together until the sugar is dissolved.
Turn your ice cream machine on and add the milk mixture. Freeze according to
your machine's directions.
