Pumpkin Cookies Empty Pumpkin Cookies

Pumpkin Cookies

1 egg
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
