Stained Glass "Cookies"

12 oz (2 cups) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup walnuts, chopped
10 1/2 oz bag of colored miniature marshmallows
2 lbs flaked coconut

Melt chocolate chips and butter, and allow to cool. Stir in nuts and marshmallows. Using an 18" piece of waxed paper, spread the mixture into a long log, and roll to coat completely in coconut. Wrap the log in waxed paper, twisting the ends to seal. Chill for at least four hours, then cut in about 1/2 thick slices to serve
