2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 cup Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. chopped dates
1 cup chopped pecans
Cook dates, Eagle Brand milk, and pecans until thick (like peanut butter). Cool. Spoon onto crackers. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Cool. Can put a dab of sour cream frosting on top.
