Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake
1 cup toasted chopped pecans
1 18.25 ounce package yellow cake mix
1 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the bottoms of 2
lightly greased 9 by 5 inch loaf pans. Beat cake mix and next five
ingredients at medium speed with mixer 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips
just until blended. Pour batter evenly in too pans. Bake for 55 minutes or
until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 2 loaf cakes
