black eyed pea gumbo

2 cans of black eyed peas- drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small onion
1 TBS garlic
Saute onions and garlic. Add tomatoes and peas. Cook down until thick. May add a little water to let it cook for a while. Serve over rice.
