Iced Strawberry Tea

Iced Strawberry Tea
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
4 Cups Cold Tea
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Ice Cubes
Set aside five whole strawberries. Puree the rest in a blender; strain
into a pitcher. Stir in tea, sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves. Chill. Serve over ice; garnish with the whole berries. Yield: 5 servings
