Puff'n Crackers Empty Puff'n Crackers

Puff'n Crackers

3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Saltine crackers

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Spread mixture on saltine crackers. Place crackers on an ungreased cookie sheet. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven until lightly browned and puffy.
