Baker's® One Bowl Chocolate Frosting Empty Baker's® One Bowl Chocolate Frosting

Baker's®️ One Bowl Chocolate Frosting

Makes 3 cups or enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake

layers or top and sides of a 13X9-inch cake or tops of 3 (8- or 9-inch) cake

layers or 18 to 24 cupcakes

Ingredients

1 package (8 squares) BAKER'S®️ Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate

1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/3 cup milk

Prep 10 minutes

MICROWAVE chocolate in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes. Stir

until chocolate is melted and smooth. Cool for 5 minutes or to room

temperature.

ADD sugar, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in milk with electric mixer on

low speed until well blended. If frosting becomes too thick, beat in

additional milk by teaspoonfuls until of spreading consistency
