BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
1 stick margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Drain. Melt cheese in 1/2 stick margarine. Combine broccoli,
melted cheese, soup and 3/4 of the French fried onions and put
in casserole dish. Melt the other 1/2 stick margarine with the
crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25
to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with other remaining French fried
onions during the last 5 minutes or baking.
