Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce


1/4 cup each dark soy sauce, sakè
2 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
1 tbsp white sugar


Combine soy sauce, sakè, mirin and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Can be used immediately, or cool and refrigerate
