Question on Pandebono Recipe

Post  CandicePearson on Wed Nov 25, 2009 2:33 am

What sort of common cheese can I substitute for farmer's cheese in Pandebono Recipe?
I don't feel like making my own farmer's cheese or can't buy in store either. Can I substitute cottage, ricotta cheese for it?
