So easy!

3-4 ripe medium avocados
1-2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 large red onion, chopped
Chunky salsa
Garlic salt
Tortillas or tortilla chips

Quarter and peel avocados into a medium mixing or serving bowl. Mash coarsely with the bottom of a drinking glass. Add tomatoes. Add onion. Mix with tomato and avocado. (The more you mix, the creamier the avocado gets, so if you like your guacamole chunky then mix just until combined.) Sprinkle enough salsa over mixture to cover top lightly. Do the same with the garlic salt. Give everything a final stir and adjust the ingredients to taste. Eat with tortillas or chips, or use as a topping. For a get-together, just double or triple the recipe.
