Splenda Magic Peanut Butter Cookies

1 C. Peanut Butter
1 C. Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. Splenda (for garnish)

Mix first 4 ingredients. Roll into balls. Dip fork into Splenda and "criss cross" cookies. Bake 350 for 10 -12 minutes
